Wililam P Kelley, III -- Foster
Kelley, William P. III, 53, of Loxley, AL, formerly of Foster, died Tuesday,
January 16, 2007 at home.
Born and raised in North Providence, he was a son of Julia A. (Marshall) Kelley
of North Providence and the late William P. Kelley Jr. He had lived in Alabama
for the last four years, previously residing in Foster.
William was a self-employed truck driver and owner of Kelley Trucking. He was
a volunteer firefighter with the Lymansville Fire Department and an
associate member of FOP Lodge #1F. He was a Marine Corps veteran of Vietnam and
an avid outdoorsman.
Besides his mother, he leaves three children, Sharon A. Kelley of Danielson, CT,
William P. Kelley IV of Loxley, and Michael S. Kelley of Foster; a grandson,
Drew P. Noble; a brother, Brian Kelley of Cranston; a sister, Maureen DeNunzio
of Littleton, CO; his former wife Lucille Kelley, and his companion, Rhonda
Rivers. He was brother of the late Sharon Kelley.
His funeral will be held Monday at 9 am from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251
Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in
St. Lawrence Church. Visitation Sunday 4-7 pm. Graveside burial with military
honors will be in RI Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be
made to the American Heart Assn., 222 Richmond St., Providence, RI 02903.
