In Memory Of Chief Henry Parisi (Ret.)

HENRY J. PARISI, 60, of Greenville Avenue, a retired fire chief, died Sunday
at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.

He was the husband of the late Judith (Richard) Parisi. Born in Providence,
the son of Filomena (Festa) Parisi of North Providence and the late Amerigo
Parisi, he lived in North Providence all his life.

A firefighter for 30 years, he served as chief in North Providence from 1984
until he retired in 1995. He was a member of the North Providence Retired
Police and Fire Department Association.

Mr. Parisi was a member of the North Providence Lions Club and the Santa
Maria di Prata Society of Cranston.

Besides his mother, he leaves a son, Michael Parisi, and a sister, Barbara
Parisi, both of North Providence.

The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. from Nardolillo Funeral Home,
1278 Park Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in Our
Lady of Grace Church, Greenville Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann
Cemetery, Cranston.
